NewLand is a client focused, entrepreneurial and highly effective commercial property consultancy, specialising in all aspects of the property investment and development sectors. Principally we are a land agency focussing in on disposals and acquisitions.​
The NewLand client network includes major housebuilder plc’s, funds, propco’s, private trusts and high net worth individuals and we work across all living sectors, with a focus on change of use from land and commercial to living uses – housing, BTR. co-living, care, retirement.​
Our objective is to add value to all our clients’ commercial property assets, whether through investment broking or through development and asset management, using the extensive property market knowledge and experience we have gained over the last 13 years.
